All of your purchases are sent by Royal Mail Tracked delivery from my workshop in Hertfordshire. I will email your tracking information as soon as your parcel is posted.
Orders sent outside of the UK may be liable for local sales tax and/or customs charges; I am not responsible for these, nor for any loss or damage sustained in customs.
I very much hope you are delighted with your purchase! If not, you are welcome to return it as long as it is in resale condition and free from damage. Please contact me first, so I can approve the return, and then return your purchase in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You will need to pay the postal costs for any return; I recommend using a tracked service as I cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
